Stress Managment Workshop for Youth

 

"The Well" is a stress management program for youth, who for a variety of reasons need to take time to relax and de-stress.  By learning to take this time, teens will be better able to cope with all that life throws their way.  The main focus of this one-day workshop will be yoga based and give participants the opportunity to explore their creative, meditative, physical energy while tapping into innate resources as they learn to balance life body, mind & spirit.

Fall Session:
