Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Mindfulness is a simple, yet powerful way of paying attention in a non-judgmental, meditative, and calming way.  Mindfulness and acceptance helps you gain a greater sense of well-being and hope by breaking unhealthy patterns that lead to stress, depression, self-blame and unhappiness.  This is an 8 week course and includes a workbook

 

       Thursdays, Sept. 22 to Nov. 10, 2011 (8 sessions)
